Parkside Home Renovation

Intrinsic Design & Build has been working on home renovations around Adelaide for over 30 years.

In this home we put an Interior Design scheme together for the clients as we renovated a large portion of their home.

This included:

  • Paint Colour
  • Carpet
  • Tiles
  • Cabinetry,
  • Stone Benchtops
  • Glass Splashback
  • 3D Drawings of the Kitchen.

We even designed the Cabinetry to house our clients wine rack, which they now love and use regularly to display and serve their wine to guests.

We painted the entirety of the interior of the house as well as providing all new flooring, Carpet & Tiling, Renovating the Kitchen and Bathroom.

The Kitchen in this client’s home hadn’t been renovated since the house was built so felt dated and didn’t work well for them. By renovating it they have created a space that they love to use as it’s more open.

The space works well for them and their home is now a place that they want to invite their family and friends to spend time in.

We were since invited back to repair this client’s water damaged Balcony as it hadn’t been waterproofed by the original builder. This client is now able to sleep easy knowing that their ceiling below won’t be ruined by water leaking in from the above Balcony.
